The proposed project is a three storey residential building which accommodates 20 apartment units and undercroft car parking. The development progressively steps up the site along Grange Road from Military
Road to Seaview Road, the highest point on the site.
The design approaches includes :-
- vertical and horizontal articulation of the façade elements, in particular, the balcony structures;
- material and colour differentiation of various façade, balcony and screen elements;
- introduction of green walls to help articulate scale and proportion of the main building walls;
- articulation of wall elements and stepping of the building down the site; and
- setting back of the floor levels on the eastern and western facades
