The building commands a prominent site on the intersection of Henley Beach Road and Rawlings Avenue with the corner emphasised through the use vertical elements in a vivid colour. The feature angled cut-out to frame windows with contrasting colours assists as well in providing a break to the rigidity and adds vibrancy to the façade.
